DETAILS & POLICIES Children under 8 are free. 5% borough tax not included in rates. One night's stay credit card deposit required.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit, less a $25 admin. fee, will be refunded 60 days prior to reserved dates. Cancellations made within 30-60 days will receive a 50% refund less the same fee. No refund will be given to cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation and will be charged for all reserved dates. |
